Requirements: some1 who is computer literate

job description: updating blog, flickr, facebook etc

time needed: two sessions of 2 hours a week ( 4 hours a week )

2) JOB: PUBLICITY PERSON (blog, facebook, couchsurf, meetup etc) :

Requirements: some1 who is computer literate

job description: Some1 who publises / advertise the current events ( blog, facebook, couch surf etc ) Presumably someone in the same city and would laison with 'the social siter' ( no. 1)

time needed: two sessions of 2 hours a week ( 4 hours a week )

3) MONTHLY FUNDRAISE EVENTS ORGANISOR (Persumably person is in the same local as the event)

Requirements: Some1 good at liasoning with people ( the place and then the public)

job description: Some1 to organise a monthly fundraising event... persumably the person would have to be in the same local as the actual event

time needed: two sessions of 2 hours a week ( 4 hours a week )

4) JOB: 'YEARLY WORK' ORGANISOR:

Requirements: Some1 to search / palce ads (on internet etc) to recruite member to help in the admin team and to find other drawing coordinators

7) JOB: BANKER / FINANCIAL ADVISOR:

Requirements: Some1 who knows the financial legal stuff ( probably studied finance at uni. ?)

job description: keep the books in order. Keep tabs on money coming in and out.

time needed: two sessions of 2 hours a week ( 4 hours a week )

PAYMENT: for team members in same country D4EE offers a weekly get-2gether meal .. other ideas??

C) CURRENT SITUATION > June 28^th 2014:

D4EE is currently run by 1 person: David Meehan. DM "This really is a team project. I can do most of the jobs, but then i have virually no time left to actually run the drawing activities! Some jobs i actually don't know how to do. Therefore i would love some help to make this project function a whole lot more efficiently and be able to take drawing activities to the general public on a daily basis, hopefully even getting a team of coordinators 2gether to take drawing to more places.

PS: slightly misquoting from memory a phrase i read which i feel sums it up well: "I can do anything, i can't do everything"

If u volunteer for a job plz be aware that D4EE is at it's first stages of getting a team 2gether. Therefore there is sure to be a lot of 'trial and error' and general fuck ups while working out a good system!! Some of the job description / time have been set up pretty randomly. As the right person for the job comes along it should get better structures... here's hoping!!!
