D4EE is run by 1 person,
Dave Meehan and there are at present no people in the team.
I have experience running another community project =
'CHOCA' - Chill
Out Community Art House ( > www.chilloutarthouse.blogspot.com
) in
Lisbon Jan. - Dec. 2012
The structure I
adopted in
the Art House was
as open and simple as possible.
As it functioned well i plan to adopt a similar strategy ( but new
and improved!!)
'CHOCA's
SLOW START-
'CHOCA' actually
started quite slowly. I feel the biggest stumbling block was getting
a team together when there is no money. 'CHOCA'
started to work well when we finally found a team who agreed with the
concept. I
am confident that once I meet people with a similar point of view
things will improve.
D4EE's
SLOW START: I feel D4EE
has also had a slow start - though faster than CHOCA. I
am hopeful to have a team of 5 or 6 people by September but cannot
guarantee anything.
